1. Our Role and Services

CSB is a solar brokerage and marketing service that connects homeowners with licensed solar consultants, system designers, installation contractors, and financing providers.
We are not a licensed electrical contractor or installation company, and we do not perform installations or provide warranties directly. Any agreement for solar installation or financing is between you and the third-party provider.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use our services. By submitting your information, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to make inquiries regarding the property listed.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information.
• Use our site and services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Obtain consent from any co-owners or other individuals whose information you provide.
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

4. Consent to Communications (TCPA Compliance)

By submitting your information or requesting a solar consultation, you expressly consent to be contacted by CSB, its partners, and affiliates by:

• Telephone calls,
• SMS/MMS text messages, or
• Email communications.

These communications may use an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or artificial/prerecorded voice messages to deliver information related to your inquiry, quotes, appointment scheduling, or service updates.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message and data rates may apply.

We maintain TCPA-compliant consent and opt-out logs for all contacts.

CSB may refer you to independent third-party contractors, installers, or financing providers.

Your interactions and agreements with third-party providers are solely between you and those entities. CSB is not liable for any damages, losses, or obligations arising from such third-party relationships.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• CSB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of their possibility.
• CSB’s total liability for any claim related to your use of the site or services shall not exceed $100.
• You agree to hold CSB harmless from any claims arising from your reliance on third-party information or services.

Some jurisdictions (including California) do not allow certain liability limitations; in such cases, this section applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
